Agriculture for the future

#FUTURE FARMS
SDG 13 SDG 15

The first agricultural revolution led to the existence and thriving of civilization. This however come with exploitation and expansion which led to the destabilization of forests and biodiversity, feeding the people with expense to everything else.

This however is not an option moving forward. The integration of agriculture with wildlife and nature can lead to lower green house emissions and sustainability in terms of growing forests and conserving the environment. An example of such an approach is in Costa Rica where they have managed to merge agriculture with the tropical habitats that has led to doubling of the countries forest cover.

More and more farmers need to adapt this approach for a better and more intertwined and sustainable future.
