Effects of Climate Change on water cycle

#WATERFORCLIMATE #UNWATER
SDG 6 SDG 13 SDG 14 SDG 15 SDG 17

Climate and water on the planet Earth are intimately linked. Water influences the climate, and is influenced by the climate. Every change in the climatic system induces a change in the water system, and the other way round. Climate change has been observed and even a stronger change is projected for the future by climate models
The main climate change consequences related to water resources are increases in temperature, shifts in precipitation patterns that affect both economic and social activities like agriculture for example in Kilimanjaro region in Tanzania faced with the problem of shift s in precipitation pattern which hinder agriculture and likely increase in the frequency of flooding and droughts.
The best solution to over come the impact of climate change to the water cycle is combating the the factors that lead to climate change such as controlling carbon dioxide, using renewable energy such as solar and wind.
