JUST IN TWO DECADES!

#ClimateAction #WhatAreyouDoing?
SDG 13

We are already experiencing:

1. Swelling lakes and seas with an upraise of 20cm and 60cm respectively causing flooding and hurricanes. This leads to families being displaced so no homes for them.
2. 90% of coral reef is threatened by human activity and 60% aquatic life is highly endangered .i.e acidification, oil spillage hence affecting the life under water.
3.Dwindling crop yields leading to 100million populations of people pushed to extreme poverty hence more hunger across the globe.
4. Climate-change related illness killing an extra 250,000 people P.A,The latter is zero health and well being.
5. 1.5 Degrees Celsius temp rise according to The Paris Agreement drawn line has surpassed. This is highly affecting the weather cycle, causing heat waves and making it unbearable for human beings.
6. 8% of the global population is suffering a severe reduction in water availability, hence no clean water for upkeep and sanitation.

The above is really alarming, and climate action really cuts across the sustainability of human beings, biodiversity, the aquatic life and the atmosphere. Working on this crisis will save us all from this menace.
