Climate action. COP26
When we think of climate action, what comes to mind? Drastic changes to mitigate climate change. This however causes a sense of hopelessness as the problem cannot be solved overnight.
Hence climate action which not only involves changes by governments in terms of climate policies but also improving education, awareness-raising on a human and institutional capacity on climate change mitigation, adaptation, impact reduction and early warning.
All these factors are what will make the difference in the long run in whether we achieve the goal of reducing our carbon foot print or stabilizing weather events. All nations have a journey to complete, we as countries are going to need to work together because when we all move forward together progress is made but when one or more a left behind then not much can be achieved.
