Young and Frustrated! The pandemic is taking massive mental toll.

SDG 3

As the coronavirus pandemic spreads around the globe, it is causing widespread dread, anxiety, and concern among the general public, as well as specific groups such as older individuals, caregivers, and those with underlying health issues.
To date, the major psychological impact on public mental health has been increased rates of stress or worry. Loneliness, despair, hazardous drinking and drug use, and self-harm or suicide behavior are all predicted to grow when additional measures and affects are implemented, particularly quarantine and its implications on many people's regular activities, routines, or livelihoods.

Clinical pschologist, Mythili Hazarika have stated: "In India were the pandemic takes the hit, research has found 46% of people are anxious, 22% are depressed as well as noticeable depressing symptoms and people were suicidal, anxiety is found to be very high from the year 19 to 25 (young adults), anxiously worried about their career and attaining jobs".

What should be the solution? What should be of assist? Will things be fully back to normal as it was before?
