Is what we eat good for the environment?

#HEALTHYDIET #HEALTHYENVIRONMENT
SDG 12 SDG 13

When we think of climate change, most people think of gas emissions from cars or factories but the emissions produced by livestock is almost equal to that produced by cars at a given time.

A low meat diet is not only more sustainable it is healthier in the long run hence living a small to none carbon footprint and enabling you to live a healthier life.

For many the concept of stopping meat consumption is alien to them and no one is asking you to stop. The reduction of meat consumption from everyday a week to three or two times is a good start or the adaptation of a Mediterranean diet.

When it comes to climate change and global gas emitions we can do way more as individuals than we think we can.
