Many people don't know the importance nature has when to comes to healing diseases especially mentally.
Being in nature is calming and very relaxing and can help get rid of stress, anxiety and to some even reduce the occurence of panic attacks. Mother nature helps us reconnect with our deeper thiyghts and through this we can recognise our fears and know how to face them, know our problems and qe can start identifying on how to solve them and just general mental peace.
Personally I think spending time in nature should atleast be on a bucketlist of every human and included as form of treatment for people with mental health issues.
This would bring a more peaceful engagement between humans and earth.
