How worth our farmers are: Without them we'd be totally naked, hungry and sober.

SDG 1 SDG 2

Farmers are a very important part of the agricultural industry. It is undeniable that without farmers the agricultural system of any state would collapse. Agriculture fulfills the need for food as the grown crops can be harvested like wheat, sugar cane, rice, and many others and then can be processed further until they are ready to be transported (FAO, 2020).

None of these things would be possible without farmers, as for the growth of healthy crop with a reasonable yield nurturing and care is important which can only be provided by them. Farmers do not only grow crops; they keep animals too.

Farmers keep us fed and our economies stable, but in my country Tanzania they're retiring faster than they're being replaced. Almost 80% of them became old, also they are retiring while we still need them.

What shall we definitely need to do??
