Over time and a lot of experiments, it is now proven that nature can heal or reduce stress levels, blood sugar, depression, anxiety among a lot more diseases. Nature connects well with the brain ad is able to relax it thus relaxing the body and opening a window for the brain to think creatively.
Being in nature also brings a sense of belonging ad feeling more at home ad free from all types and stress. You also get to see all the beauty being destroyed in the name of innovation.
Lets all make a point to visit parks around us and see the beauty they contain because the rate at which we have environmental changes you ever know how log it will last.
